Volunteer Bond Agreement
Options:
1. Complete buyout – No volunteer service required and bond form is not necessary. Choose the complete buyout option during online registration and pay $175 online.
2. Volunteer and submit $250 bond check – The family will be responsible for a 4-hour shack or field shift. Choose the volunteer option during online registration. Please fill out the form and attach a $250 check. These checks will ONLY be cashed if a family fails to perform their service hours (including no-shows).

PLAYERS WILL NOT RECEIVE A UNIFORM WITHOUT THIS BOND and $200 CHECK.
Bond Forms and checks must be dropped off at SWLL Uniform Handout Night at Pastosa Ravioli (2410 NJ Rt 35, Manasquan, NJ 08736). (April 9th, 2024).
